Disputes with JustSimpleDivorce must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. You and JustSimpleDivorce waive the right to a jury trial or class action. Arbitration will address individual claims only, and the arbitrator may grant relief only for the requesting party. Each party bears its own legal fees. This provision is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and survives termination of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustSimpleDivorce, its affiliates, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of such damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for our services. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542. Any legal action must be filed in Riverside County, CA, within one year of the claim arising.
You agree to indemnify and hold JustSimpleDivorce, its affiliates, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or any defamatory or illegal content you provide.
